Course Description

上課內容著重於心血管、神經及幹細胞藥理學;主題如下:(1)血小板功能、血液凝固、細胞膜醣蛋白、Integrin受體、細胞附著、血管新生、癌細胞轉移、蛇毒與中草藥對血小板之影響、心血管疾病藥物之開發等。(2)幹細胞之簡介、幹細胞研究法、幹細胞在致病機制中之角色、幹細胞與藥物篩檢。(3)電氣生理和技術、中樞行為動物模式。(4)分子生物技術及藥物基因學。
 

Course Objective
本課程著重在進行藥理分析之相關實驗技術之闡述,藉由本課程學生可以瞭解在心血管、癌症、中樞神經、骨質代謝、幹細胞等的實驗技術。包括細胞及動物實驗模式、有利於藥物開發、藥物基因學及藥物篩檢之研發。
